What is an “organization” on HireWith AI?

An organization is your company’s private hiring workspace. All jobs, applicants, interviews, scores, and offers belong to that workspace. Other companies on the platform cannot access your data.

How do we get started?

A platform administrator creates your organization (or creates one while inviting your first admin). You then receive invite links for your team. There is no self-service company registration on the public site — this keeps access controlled and auditable.

Where do our jobs appear publicly?

Published roles appear on your branded careers path (for example, /your-company-slug/careers) and may also appear on the platform-wide /careers index while your organization is active. If your workspace is suspended, public listings are hidden automatically.

How do we add recruiters and hiring managers?

Organization admins (or platform admins) send email invites and choose a role per person. Roles control which menus and actions appear — for example, only interviewers can submit interview feedback, while hiring managers approve offers.

No. Open roles on a careers page include an apply form. You submit your details and resume directly. You will not receive a candidate portal login unless the employer contacts you through their normal process.

You apply from a specific job on a specific organization’s careers page (or a job link tied to that organization). Your application is stored only in that company’s pipeline.

Is my resume shared with other companies on the platform?

Every hiring record is tagged with an organization identifier. Authenticated requests run with your active organization context, and public endpoints resolve companies by public slug — not by internal database IDs you would guess.

Permissions are role-based inside each organization. The app checks your role before showing actions (publish job, move pipeline stage, submit feedback, manage offers). Sensitive platform administration is limited to platform operators.
